How to Make a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Every homeowner who reaches out to Countrypicks Heating & Air should get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, please say so. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What You Can Raise
You are welcome to contact us about any of these:
- Your experience when calling or contacting Countrypicks Heating & Air
- The way your personal information was handled
- Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider you were connected with
If the Problem Is With a Provider
Providers in the network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, equipment, warranties, work and customer service. If you have trouble with work done in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.
You can still tell us. Feedback about providers helps keep the network honest, and providers who often fall short of expectations may be removed from it. Please know that Countrypicks Heating & Air cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, issue refunds for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@countrypicks.property and include:
- Your name and the easiest way to reach you
- The date you contacted Countrypicks Heating & Air or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for
After You Send It
You should get an email confirming receipt, usually within a few business days. Next, the matter is reviewed, which may include reaching out to the provider. You will then get a reply describing what was found and any steps being taken.
If You Are Still Unhappy
You can reply and ask for a second look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about an HVAC contractor, your state's contractor or mechanical licensing board may be able to help too.
